Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Megan Moran Studio! Each piece of artwork and every ornament is created with great care, and I want your order to arrive safely and beautifully. Please review the shipping details below.

Processing Time

  • Original paintings, ornaments, and handcrafted items: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Original painting commissions: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment.

  • Pre-order items (including seasonal ornaments): Pre-orders ship on the date noted in the product listing. If you purchase additional items with a pre-order, your order will ship together unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • All orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and tracking information is provided once your order is on its way.

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • At this time, I only ship within the United States.

  • During the holiday season, shipping may vary by carrier.

Local Pickup (St. Francisville, LA)

If you're local, you may select free local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready and instructions for pickup.

Packaging

Your artwork is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

  • Ornaments are packaged in protective boxes and wrapped securely for safe transit.

  • Original paintings are wrapped in archival materials and boxed with padding.

  • Prints and smaller items may ship flat or in protective mailers, depending on size.

Shipping Multiple Items

If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will usually ship together to reduce shipping costs and ensure safe delivery.
Note: Orders containing pre-order items may ship together on the pre-order release date.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours at megan@meganmoran.co with photos of the packaging and item. I will work quickly to offer a solution, whether that’s a replacement (when available) or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of my artwork and ornaments. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me—I want you to love your purchase.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact me within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, I am unable to change the address.
